I just have a problem with it being called the Geforce4, and it seems as tho it will be:

ya but do you really think ati is gonna outdo them? from what I see all the radeon 8500 is, is a normal radeon with a pumped bus...they are taking the intel approach

the geforce4 not only has a pumped bus and mem speed, but also 2 more rendering pipelines!
