I bought a fan yesterday at walmart to blow the air from downstairs to upstairs, and it's one of the most powerful fans i've seen. I decided to see how well it would cool my pc and it did pretty good 
I could barely hear UT2004 over this fan, but it kept my case and cpu readings from mbm at 29C the whole time i was playing...i played about 5 onslaught games.
