Forum selection at top of page

Can you add a forum drop down selection at the top of the forum that you are in so if I want to change forums, I don't have to scroll down to the bottomof the page to do that?

I think we should have a "the end" button on movie theatre seats

when movie is kind of bad, butwe need closure, we should be able to hit "the end" and have a synopsis pop out for us to read at our own leisure

gonna patent this idea
