Formatting my HD in WinXp?

Hey I was just wandering how do I format one of my secondary hard drive on the Windows Xp operating sys? I know you can format when you begin the windows installation but I’m doing this to my second HD.

if you go to administrative tools, cmputer mnagement, you should be able to do it there.
