I know this may not be XP specific,but can someone tell me how to fax multiple docs in Word2000 to same receiver because at the moment I can only send one doc at a time and have to go through the same set up every time.ie same name,fax number etc.I am sure there is a way but I just cant find it written down anywhere.By the way I do have Win XP.

merge

can you merge the documents and then print to fax?
 
Sorry it took a long time to reply,I have only just received e-mail that you had replied to my original question,I know it sounds dumb,but how do you merge docs?

You could select and copy the contents of one doc and paste them at the end of another to make one looong doc
 
merging documents

I remember seeing something on the screen savers about merging documents but unfortunately I do not know how they did it. I asked Clippy how to merge documents and this is what he said.
Insert another Word document into an open document
Click where you want to insert the second document.


On the Insert menu, click File.


In the File name box, enter the name of the file you want to insert.
Notes

To insert only part of a file, click Range, and then type a bookmark name in the Range box.


If you want to organize and maintain several related documents in one document, create a master document.
