ever since i installed windows XP i have noticed a decrease in my cable internet speed. I have tried the Qos tweak and that didnt help. I have tried tweaking my registry and that didnt help either. Any suggestions?

they can help you. Just run the tweak tests there and you'll know exactly what to change.
