Can you say lottery? this breaks down to only 8000 per state...they've already screwed up.

well won't more populus states get more, like new york for nyc, and california?
But, i went and talked to the guy at the store, not that he knew anything he was talking about but he said that yes, i were one of the first to get to the store, i would get my two (i have already pre-ordered)

That guy does not know what he is talking about. the stores don't know their allotment yet, and chances are that the big electronics superstores will have first crack at the shipment total, leaving small stores at about 1-2 per store. They will probably limit you to one, until they are guaranteed more shipments.

I already pre-ordered two, and fye is a pretty big electronics store.
