Dutch menus in IE

I once had a download for dutch menus in IE...but now I can't find it.
Does anyone know were to get it again?

Ok..I found the down load...but now it looks like I have to have something called "Dutch Multi-language User Interface" installed also.
Where the hell do I get that now?

Try a google search. I found heaps of stuff but I don't know what I'm looking at. 🙄
