Dual-boot Vista/WinPE

Does anybody know how to dual-boot a Windows Vista(bitlocker enabled) and a WinPE environment from the same HDD?

Install VIsta first, make 2 partitions.

That is a little different than what I want. I want to add WinPE/XP as part of the Advacned boot menu.... any means for that?

I want to edit what is in the Advanced Boot Menu options for Vista...... Any tips/ideas?
