Hi there. Been reading your website for a while now, and have found help for a lot of problems here. I was hoping someone could help me with this.
I bought some software a little over a week ago, it's called Drm-Removal, and it purports to remove drm from just about any and all music files, including iTunes. I purchased a license for $25 after using it in demo mode and seeing that it would work. But after I purchased the license I couldn't get the software to work on any drm protected files. I went through their FAQ page and the help file in the program, but everything I tried couldn't seem to get the software to work. I emailed them but they won't answer my emails.
Has anyone else used this software? Had similar problems with it? What do you guys do when you buy a program and the seller refuses to give you support?
