When I attempt to enter a command such as chkdsk/f at first I says direct access to drive is required but upon restart it says it does not have direct access to the drive
What can I do
hmm kinda sounds like your user doesnt have access or you are trying to do it over a lan in either case you cant you must be at the computer and/or on an administrative acct as far as i know
