I am relatively new to divx. I need to shave around 10-12 MB off of a divx backup I made 😎 to fit it on a cd-r. I used a newbie program and I didn't use an output calculator. Any recommendations for a splitter/cutter/resizer program that keeps aspect ratio, sound and quality? Thanx.

VirtualDub should do the trick for you. Just do a search for it to find a download location.

Actually Nandub works much better since it works better with mp3 audio, as Virtualdub often makes the audio async. Nandub is actually virtualdub with some modifications so it has the same interface.
You can find all these programs plus many DivX guides at www.doom9.net , a great DivX resource.
