Daemon Tools type prog for Mac?

What format are the disc images? As noted by Geffy, OS X has in-built image mounting (Just double-click the file, and it will appear on your desktop).
If the image doesn't work via finder/disk utility, then give Roxio Toast a try, it has a function to mount images via creation of a pseudo-drive, which some images may need to function correctly.
