Custom Sign Wen Right Click on My Computer

Hi all

Wen u Right Click on "My Computer" and under the Generals Tab there used to be a Picture and information put in by My Pc Manufacturer, but there isnt now and i was wondering how do i put my own there?

Ive Done Most of it now but i want a custom Picture and Stuff is there a program Besides Oem Logo Manager V1.0 That will do it 4 me?
