Cool Edit Pro Question

Hey All,

So I want to change the new email notification sound in MSN messenger. I think it would be pretty funny if I use the seagulls from Finding Nemo (Mine Mine Mine Mine). So I got the file and I got the sound pretty much captured but its still got the background music and it gets loud at times. What I'm wondering is if there is a way to remove just the music in the fiile with Cool Edit (or any other progs) and if so HOW?

no there is'nt .. What you are asking is if the tracks can be split,, once the recording is made it is not possible to change them like that ..
