Completed: Rebuild of mail server

[X-Istence]

The mail server will temporarily be offline while i rebuild it, and try to clear up an error that keeps occuring.

This means that notifications and other such things that vbulletin sends will not be sent immediatly, and that no incoming mail will be accepted for the time being.

Thank you,

X-Istence
