Click N Design 3D

Hey i use this program "click n design 3d" for making my cd covers and it hasn't been really working lately. i kept uninstalling and installing again and the problem keeps occuring. whenever i go to put a background image it will have that little loading curser and it won't do anything... i don't know, maybe someone can download and see if they can upload a backgrfound pic to the cd cover??? i tried closing all extra programs running...
