GOt shortcuts to my DVD and CD-RW drive on the desktop created in my computer but if I try and change the icons it says that the target is invalid any idea what's up?
You can't change the DEFAULT icons without editing shell32.dll
you get invalid target error because there is no disk in the drive to match the target. So if you wanna change the default icons you see for them on your desktop you gotta edit shell, sorry man..or you can put a disk in the drive, change the icon..and it will stay till a new disk is put in usually.
