changing start menu icons?

i cant seem to change my start menu icons, i'm using icon packager and i have the start menu option ticked, all the icons change except start menu, why is this?

you can try to do it yourself:

i cant find those keys for some reason

Have a second look. If they are not there then you also won't have anything in your start menu.

HK_CLASSES_ROOT goes through the abc two times. The CLSID key is in the second round.
