Changing Icons

How do I go about changing icons for items such as 'My Documents' and my actual physical drives (ie. my a drive or my c drive under my computer). Thanks!

Right Click Desktop
Properties
[Desktop] Tab
Customise Desktop button at the bottom

this will let you change icons on the desktop.

As for the drives i think you need to replace a .dll file
