I have lost my case, but need to find out my serial code for windows xp. How do I find it?

i'm just taking a guess here, but have u tried the registry?

You'll need to call microsoft and get a new key. The cd key gets changed into the product number, or some such thing, and you can't do an installation using that. sorry.
