Can't Upload Video

So for the past month I have been trying to upload videos to WeGame. They did some updates to the site, so I thought it was because of that.

Though, didn't seem like many other people were having issues. So I thought I'd try uploading to YouTube, same issue. Basically, it just loads and loads and loads, and does not get anywhere. I started thinking maybe somehow this is Windows 7 related but not sure. And I tried IE as well as Firefox.

Tested and I have no problem uploading files with Win 7.

So what could it be.

I just tested YouTube again, it does what I said, but if I open another tab and refresh to my videos, it has actually been uploaded. But the actual upload page is still loading, and loading...

I have only tested those 2 sites.

Just a WAG but - security settings on your firewall or router?

If it was browser settings firefox should have worked.
