Cant Send Or Recieve Atts via Email :(

Ever since I defragmented my computer I can't upload/download any attachments to/from my e-mail. The problems the same with both yahoo and hotmail. They get as far as choosing the file to be atttached but when I try to attach it all I get is can't find server or page cannot be displayed. If anyone knows a cause for this please let me know as I've been looking all day and am getting nowhere fast.

Well the problem either has to be with your net connection or such if that helps you narrow it down any...there is no way a defrag can make websites attachment abilities stop working, sorry man =(
