Fixed cannot find "always stay logged" button

missing in my browser, ie 8, or I cannot find it

It wasn't in the theme so I changed it to act as always on, if it is a feature people want I could easily add it myself!

Ok it is back and ticked by default.

didn't need to put it back, what happened is I've been having trouble with a mempory stick and forcing my computer off, this lost me some cookies and I thought it was the thingy but I see it was not

Well I appreciate some people might use internet cafe, work machines and don't want to stay logged on
