I have the following error. When i try to run gpedit.msc from start, run It opens the group policy window but gives me the following error.

Snap-in Creation Failed

The snap-in is not created, it may not be installed properly
Name: Group Policy
CLSID:{8FC0B734-A0E1-11D1-A7DC-0000F87571E3]

I did an sfc /scannow but that didn't do the trick. Need help badly.

Found the solution; for some reason Easy cd creator 6 overwrote the environment variable 'Path'and framedyn.dll wasn't found any longer. Added the following to Path: %SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Roxio Shared\DLLShared. And that did the trick.

Ep, glad to see you come back and tidy up...did want to ask a one day favor, I want to enhance my resume , was hoping you could make me administrator for a day, if so, take me right off since I won't be here to do anything, and don't know the slightest about the board, but it would be nice putting "served administrator osnn", if can do, THANKS

Been running around Quora lately, luv it there https://tinyurl.com/ycpxl
