blue screen of death

hello
i have been getting a blue screen that shuts windows down and i dont know what it is it says error 0x0000000A 0x00000004 0x00000002 0x00000000 (0x804F1A9E)
does anyone know haw to stop this from happing again

If you are running Black Ice Defender then that is most likely your problem. You can try this:
1. In the control panel under power options disable the hibernation option.
2. If the above doesn't work then uninstall BID (Microsoft says that it may not be XP-compatible). If you need a good free firewall get tinysoftware's personal firewall
