So.. my diskdrive is broken. Can I update(flash) my bios with a bootable cd? I have this picture in my mind that the flashing program I use (dont remember what it was) searches the .bin ALLWAYS in A:\ and you cant change the dir :/

edit:
I realized that I posted this in to wrong section, soz. Plz answer ;)

as long as you're not installing any memory managers at boot-up i don't see why not. Your flash utility will look for the .bin file wherever you tell it to look, ususally in the same folder as the flash utility.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
