Best tweaking prog for XP???

There are many tweaking progs out there for XP. To name a few I've seen include XPAntiSpy, FreshUI and TweakUI. I'm sure there's a few others, but those seem to be the more popular. I would just like to know which is most commonly used by everyone and which one offers the best results or actual tweaking.

Is tweakUI the only prog that offers the tweak where you can speed up your start menu speed or have I just missed it in other tweak progs?

it has it all, including the things u mentions above..and it's 100% free!!!

The absolute best little proggy and weighing in at only 131Kb has to be the one, the only REGEDIT.EXE

Yeh, X-Setup is the best!

But of course, no one program tweaks it all, so load up!
