Auto Insert Notification in XP Home?

I have a Lite-On CDRW and DVDrom and am running winXP Home Edition, i have gone through My Computer/CDROM/Proerties/Autoplay but it still gives me a window with CD's contents when a cd is inserted. How can i turn it off completely?

Get yourself a copy of XP PowerToys here and use TweakUI to set up your autoplay preferences. See the attachment for guidance.
