Audio CDs with Nero

Every time I burn an Audio CD (with Nero's newest release), it always ends up jamming my comp at 100% .. It doesn't ruin my CDs but it's damn annoying to restart the comp.

Furthermore, the CD gets stuck inside the drive after completion 😕

So is this a bug or is my burner (MATSHITA CD-RW CW-7586) really screwed up ?

That's a page a found. Don't look at the link (I know it says 7585) the page also has a section on 7586.
