I think one is illegal, the registry key which makes Windows see that you are registered user. What happens If a person has got a pirated copy of XP, and uses that reg key.

Nah, it's a pretty useless tweak actually. Who cares if you're registered or not? If it was an activation crack that would be different. Registration and activation are two different aminals.
