any good programs for making....

is there any good programs for making login screens and boot screens?? I found 1 boot screen editor and 2 log in screen editor but both doesn't give me the power to do what I want...is there any others?? here's what I have right now:

for bootscreens: BootEditor
for log in screens: ChameleonXP and LogonStudio

but that doesn't give clear installtion on how to move some stuff around to make it....plus, for the boot up screen, I know there's a way to move the little progress bar but, once again, doesn't clearafid on how to do so 🙁
