active desktop

Hi There
Could any body shed light on why i am getting this error when i try to use active desktop, The active desktop feature is enabled but when i select my web page i get - Access to resource (path to html) has been disallowed
Im using xp home, I have recently re installed xp sp1 and all updates, no sp2 yet!
If any one has got any clues i would thankyou for some advice

This does not seem to be very popular topic, but i have resolved it any how.
I use a program called x-setup pro a wicked multi tweaking program in my opinion any way, and all i had done was restricted access to file:// url in the security section of this program but overlooked, forgot the dam setting.
Any how incase any one has the same problem in the future i thought id post this, seems simple now!
