About WinXp Pro Clean Install...

I did a clean install of WinXP just now and when my computer boots into my desktop..

All the desktop icon is present is: "My Recycle Bin"
what happened to the rest of them?

like "My Computer, Internet Explorer, and all those other things.."

Are they hidden?
How do I get them back?

To get the icones, go to Control Panel, Display, Desktop, Customize Desktop and choose the icones that you want on your screen.....
