800x600, The Bitch Is Back

ok, noticed the same thing (sideway scrolling) within a topic at 800x600, think this is down to the title bar, didn't look at the code cos I have a headache, and I really don't think that will help, so I whipped up this professional looking image.

My best guess is, that it is down to specifying table widths (ie over 800 rather than saying a percentage, which is often neater, tho uncorrect in some l33t coding circles - bling
