The dye, known as Sudan 1, got into a batch of chilli powder.

that is too bad, we have huge amounts of crushed chile powder over here , with nothing added.

  11. To hell with it, unless you eat vast quantities the likelihood of contracting cance from it extremely low. I mean, crisps and barbecued food are highly carcenogenic, but everyone has them anyway.

Are you one of these people who only eats organic?

Well, I looked at the list of affected products and say a whole lot of places both my brother in law's family and sister in law's family shop. I sent an email to our niece and am waiting her response now!

    Wonder what next?

I don't eat any of those foods, if my memory serves, they're all meat products.

Rather die of cancer the good old way, polluted air.

  14. Good ol' air. :)

I know.My father in law was one of the fittest, healthiest people I've ever met and he still died of cancer in his 50's.
Since that day hubby has said he's not gonna worry about exercise and if he wants to eat junk food he will :)
