I read that with SP2, Microsoft were so concerned that it's extra security patches and features be available to everyone, that they decided not to include a check for dodgy product keys like they did with SP1. No mention of checking my key when I installed SP2 on both my systems - just went straight ahead and installed itself.

So you use illegal keys do you? So why are you telling us, when guidlines clearly state that here we aint into that crap?

lee i dont think he saw the key thing it only lasts for like 1 and a half seconds. at its at a time that no one looks at the screen
