you did everything right, but you weren't the administrator...do everything exactly the same, but first, go into misconfig, (windows key+r, paste msconfig)

go to boot.ini

check "safe boot"

reboot, and you will see the adinistrator account there, log in as the administrator.

before you do that, paste my instructions from up there to a folder on your desktop so you have a referance, unless you think you'll remember the steps without the referance

...this way you'll be able to look at the directions when you're in safe mode.

oh, when you're done in safe mode, you have to go back into msconfig and uncheck safe boot
