I don't believe people are defending this toss pot for what he has done.

No matter what way you look at it, mj has admitted to sleeping in the same bed as a minor. This jury has just said that it's okay for an adult to sleep in the same bed as a minor, even though they are not related in anyway! Yes the parents have to be held to question as to why they let their son sleep with him in the first place, BUT DOES THIS MAKE IT RIGHT? OF COURSE NOT! If it was joe public they would have locked them up and thrown away the key. Another example of how celebrities in America can get away with just about anything.

BTW If it were a girl instead of a boy, this would have been an open and shut case, he would have been found guilty without a shadow of a doubt.

found not guilty or not, he's guilty. Just because he was acquitted, doesn't mean he didn't do it. Money and fame bought the verdict as does with most celebs. Eh, I dont know. I was kinda dissapointed he wanst foudn guilty because I thought he was, but non of us were on that jury and I really doubt it was fixed at all. Also, the charges wernt about the morals of it, it was if he did something Illegal.

No much to go on in civil court seems that who ever had something bad to say was someone who was fired from his job , as for the above statements saying he is guilty and it was money , I think your 100% wrong on all counts he did not give them wine they were seen stealing the wine. I followed the case here and there and it was clear that he was not guilty and the people that said anything against him were EX << fired employees and or the mother of the kid or the kid himself who Jay Leno said seemed rather scripted a little too serious << the trash you can find is just that trash, they were $ hunters , welfare scammers and star chasers thats all .

I think that hits the nail on the head, it doesnt really matter if you think it was right or wrong, it was did he do anything illegal or not.

There didnt seem to be much proof to the accusations, the one 'porn' mag was proved to have been published about 2 months after the alleged incident etc, in my opinion Not guilt was the right verdict (although I think sleeping in the same bed a the children is very wrong, but as said above its not about morals)
