msn (xp) problem~pic included

i sometimes get that if i try 2 close msn while still on the net,but it don't alway's say it,only sometimes.it closes no probs when me net conection goes.

OK I HAVE OFFICIALLY SOLVED THE PROBLEM~~~~~~YOU GO TO NORTON THEN OPTIONS THEN INSTANT MESSENGER AND UNCLICK PROTECTING MSN MESSENGER!!!! LOL!!!!! THANKS BUTCHERBOYS.....THE SOLUTION WAS ON THE SYMANTEC WEBSITE
