Voted for 4-7 hours. Largely depends on the amount of work I have, and whether or not I have class the next morning.
I wish I could get more sleep. [IMG]

Sleep is the cousin of death.

Anyone else here wish there was a cure?

Imagine a world where you always felt refreshed and never needed to sleep...

  9. I love sleeping, any chance I get I'll have a nap, no idea why though.

Agreed. Heck, I wish I could still survive on 3-5 hrs consistently like when I was younger. I now get 7 hrs avg, and it never feels like enough.

  18. There's an old saying:

"Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise."

I live my life by it, as a general rule those who don't sleep enough suffer for it - their health deteriorates, their jobs go down the drain because they can't concentrate, and feeling refreshed because of a full nights sleep makes learning a lot easier.

    :)
