I did shut off Norton and it was still not working. I didn't get the address bar to come up like it normally would. Still not working. It's just weird.

Hey guys, no toolbars at all. I installed Firefox as well, turned off the no pop up blocking, and same thing. I disabled norton 360 and still didn't work. I'm stumped.

360 is all I have on this somewhat fresh install of Vista Ultimate. Yeah, I restared a few times. When I go to the site link above, it will not open another window to show the cars like it should, but it works on my laptop. Laptop has xp with just norton anti virus.

It is unchecked, and it still is not working. That's the weird thing. I have not found anything as of yet on 360 for any provisions to change this either.

Hey, thanks for the response. I did all of that and still nothing. This came about during the new install of Vista, a fact I should have stated before. I know it's not spyware or a virus, but it's something to do with what I may or may not have done during the install. Or at least I think.
