With RAID 0 the data is striped across 2 drives. That makes life ugly. If there is only one drive life is simple, you cans read the data inside any PC or USB external drive enclosure.
Option 1 - find a computer with a MB that has the same type raid controlleras the dead MB, Connect the two drives and it should see the drives as a RAID array. Just copy the files onto the HD in the new computer.
Option 2 - not sure if it will work in avery case, but download a Linux bootable cd image and burn a linux boot CD. Install the 2 old HDs in a working PC and boot from the Linux CD (not from the installed operating system or disks you are trying to recover). Linux should recognize the RAID partition and allow data recovery.
