    Windows Theme doesn't remain between restarts...

    Sometimes whe I restart my comp windows doesn't keep my selected theme... it keeps my visual style but the theme goes away... I noticed this after I changed the 'My Computer' icon, sometimes it just resets it to the original one... does anybody have a clue why is this happening ?
