How good is this heatsink fan. It looks very different, and wanted to know how good it is?
Better question is, Is this good for overclocking a xp2800. If not, what would be a good fan ?
always wondered how truly good that heatsink is. i know it's not the best, though.
try the Thermalright SLK-900-U
with a nice 92mm fan. maybe variable speed?
or the Swifttech MCX462+
with a good 80mm fan.
It's very good, much because of it's size. You can even use it as passive cooling if you have a two-fan PSU and a not too hefty CPU (an O/C:ed 2800+ is probably too much ).
The fan itself is a 92mm so it can push alot of air.
There are probably loads of benchmarks and tests out there, just look for them.
