    Hey All,

Have had WMP9 installed for a while now and really like it. Most of my vids are AVI's created with DIVX. I do still have a few MPEGS lying around and they seem to behave a little strange. What happens is when I go to play a MPEG it doesn't play the entire file. I mean the progress bar speeds along but only covers about 2 min worth of video... I know for a fact that some of these are 10 minutes plus vids. I tried to convert these files into WMV or AVI but I get the same deal. Large file with hardly any length to it. If anyone has any clue please let me know. You've helped me out several times in the past.

Have you tried downloading something such as the Nimo codec pack and installing it? It could be a codec problem. When you open classic media player (click start, select run, type in mplayer2) Do they play correctly in there?
