wmp10

    i have mediaplayer 10 and whenever i try to adjust the brightness a green, red and blue distortion around the bottom half of the screen appears. anyone know how to resolve this?

    The best way to do it is download winamp, then install it, then use it

    i like wmp10 to play my videos, and winamp to play my songs, its just what winamp was made to do, or if i dont wanna use wmp i use bsplayer its pretty cool

    Have you tried updating your video drivers? Perhaps a nice new install of MP10 would fix it for ya

    i have updated my drivers. i can try reinstalling it.

    do u have fddshow installed?, try removing it, and installing the mega codec pack

    That sounds like a downgrade! In my experience those codec packs only make a mess. Better keep it clean with just ffdshow and a few more codecs. But that's just my opinion. :)

    no man, i had problems with fddshow, i uninstalled it and installed the new mega codec pack, its much better try using it www.betanews.com

    those klite mega codec packs helped me too when things weren't displaying correctly in wmp

    i think the new k-lite pack fixed the problem. thanks for all your help.

    k-lite is just a file sharing program, unless u mean the codec pack, the mega pack solved a lot of problems for me btw your welcome for the help.
