    Still don't understand why people are so desparate to download something unfinished when the final product is due to be released within a few months.

    Maybe some people just can't wait.....
    maybe the service pack isn't worth installing at all..........

    Thats why I use Linux as my main OS :)

    when the service pack goes final, it will definately be worth installing...potentially.

    it includes many security updates, and enhancements to prevent future flaws from being exploited.

    i would advise everyone to upgrade a few weeks after it comes out. that way if any major problems with the service pack are discovered, they should be fixed before you have a chance to experience them.
