Windows Update

Windows Update is NOT working. Keeps referring me to an article that talks about changing the Internet Explorer sercurity settings. I have tried ALL the settings and it's still not working. Does anyone know how to fix this OR how I can get the needed updates?

HEH, I have to disable my firewall in order to be able to access the Windows Update site.
