Windows Update Error

I keep getting this error whenever I try to go to the Windows Update page.

Access Denied


Network policy settings prevent you from using Windows Update to download and install updates on your computer.

If you believe you have received this message in error, please check with your system administrator.

I am logged in as the System admin and I can't seem to get it to work.

Use that link and choose ACCEPT

The only thing to do is try again, i have heard of the error before and it is actually win Update , probably overloaded

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

Dword value: NoWindowsUpdate

Gives the same error as

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\WindowsUpdate\
DisableWindowsUpdateAccess

Double click this entry and change the value to 0 (zero) or right click it and select Delete.
